💬 Do you accept returns or refunds?
Each artwork is created with love and care. Because of the nature of art and prints, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with a photo and I’ll make it right. I do not offer refunds for change of mind, but if there is a problem with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
💳 What payment methods are accepted, and is my payment secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and PayPal, using encrypted technology to ensure your personal and payment information is protected. Your data is never stored or shared on our website, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the country.
🎨 Are all pieces original?
Yes! All finger paintings and mural designs are original artworks by Santi. Prints and other products are high-quality reproductions of the originals.
🖼️ Can I request a custom painting or mural?
Yes! I accept a limited number of custom requests. Please email me with your idea and I’ll let you know availability and pricing.
📬 Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
📮 Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
📨 I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Please contact me immediately at artbysanti@hotmail.com if your order hasn't shipped yet. I’ll do my best to update it.
📄 Do you provide invoices?
For customers who want receipts:
Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you after purchase. Let me know if you need a formal invoice.
